Court: Singapore High Court Coram: Lai Siu Chiu J Counsel: Miss Haridas Vasantha Devi and Mr. Cheong Aik Chye for the plaintiffs Mr. Robert Yap for the Defendant JUDGMENT: SUPPLEMENTAL GROUNDS OF JUDGMENT.
Remarks: A road traffic accident where a young school girl was severely injured in a motor accident while crossing a road. We acted for the girl and succeeded in getting a substantial damage award of more than $300,000.00. We also defended the girl in the Court of Appeal when the Defendant appealed.
