PP v Lim Boon Cheh (2015)

A case of trafficking in heroin which carried the death penalty. Representations were made and the charge was reduced to a non-capital one. Altogether he was charged for 4 drug offences and 12 other charges taken into consideration. He was sentenced to a total 29 years imprisonment. No caning because of his age.

PP v Pang Chie Wei (2016)

Another drug trafficking case but this time it was in cannabis. It also carried the death penalty. With successful representations., the charge was reduced to a non-capital one. Altogether, he was charged for 3 counts of drug offences with 3 others taken into consideration. He was sentenced to a total of 25 years and caning.

STB 3 of 2015

A Strata Titles Board case where our client succeeded in claiming for all damages and costs from the defaulting subsidiary proprietor for inter-floor water leakages

Outraging Modesty (2016)

After a two days’ trial, our client was acquitted of an outrage of modesty charge. (Names are not mentioned as there is a GAG order).

Remarks: A road traffic accident where a young school girl was severely injured in a motor accident while crossing a road.
